Malika Yadgarova

Malika Yadgarova has over 17 years of professional experience in various roles. In 2004, they began their professional career as a Personal Banker/Teller at Pinnacle Bank. In 2010, they joined the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication Recruiter and Teaching Assistant. Malika then moved into the role of Program Coordinator in 2014 and Senior Program Coordinator-William H. Thompson Scholars Learning Community in the same year. In 2022, they joined Don't Panic Labs as their Education Program Manager, where they facilitate the growth of the Integrated Pipeline Program for Nebraska Dev Lab (NeDL) and promotes continued education classes for developers and engineers already in the field.

Malika Yadgarova began their educational journey at Southeast Community College, where they earned an Academic Transfer in Business Administration and Management, General from 2003 to 2006. Malika then attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they obtained a Bachelors in Agricultural Education with an emphasis on Leadership from 2006 to 2010. Finally, they earned a Masters Degree in Leadership Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2013.
