Michael Lemerle

Michael Lemerle is a seasoned professional in lighting and compositing with extensive experience in the animation and visual effects industry. Currently serving as a Senior Lighting Artist at DONTNOD Entertainment since July 2019, Lemerle previously held key positions at Fortiche Production from September 2016 to June 2019, including Supervisor Compositing for the acclaimed series Arcane. Lemerle has also contributed to education as an instructor at Ecole Georges Méliès, teaching various techniques in compositing and rendering. A graduate of ESMA with a degree in CG Animation and VFX, Lemerle's impressive portfolio includes work on notable projects and commercials, showcasing a strong expertise in lighting, shading, and compositing throughout a diverse career.
