Octav Claudiu Popescu is the Founder & CEO of CLIMATICO, Founder of Live Media Int., and COO of DontPayFull. Additionally, Octav served as the Managing Partner at Rental Mark. Octav is currently pursuing education at Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București since 2004.
