Joseph Guadarrama

Joseph Guadarrama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in robotics, operations, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving in Robot Operations at DoorDash since October 2024, Joseph also co-founded and holds dual titles of Co-Founder & Co-CEO / CPO at CenoAI, a role initiated in January 2018. Joseph co-founded Nu Paradigm in January 2010, focusing on fostering dialogue among diverse communities globally. As the founder of Mirai Electronics, established in January 2011, Joseph explores the intersection of robotics and sustainability. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Sidepocket, UI/UX QC Tester at Guidepoint, and Technical Operations Manager at Hermes Robotics, with substantial contributions in autonomous vehicle development at Lyft and Cruise. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from City College of San Francisco, where studies spanned from 2011 to 2018.
