Karin Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in non-profit organizations. Karin is currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at Doorways since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Family Partners at PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families from February 2022 to June 2023. From 2015 to 2021, Karin worked as the Executive Director at Teen Success, Inc. and from 2008 to 2015, they served as the Executive Director at Vision Action Network. Karin also had a role as a member of the Board of Directors and as Board President at Nonprofit Association of Oregon from 2010 to 2014. Before this, they worked as the Director of Children, Youth and Family Services at Impact NW from 2007 to 2008. Karin also holds the experience of being the Director of School-Community Partnerships at Redwood City School District from 1999 to 2007, where they led various student services programs and cross-sector community improvement initiatives.
Karin Kelley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University in 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, completing their education in 1996.
