Michaela Radithipa is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various recruitment and human resources roles. Currently serving as HR People Partner EMEA at Bobcat EMEA since August 2023, Michaela previously held significant positions including HRM/Co-COO at Kemcore from 2014 to August 2023, and Managing Consultant at 300cc Recruitment Consulting from 2009 to 2014. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at AdMark Asia Group, Hudson Highland Group, and MRINetwork Worldwide, focusing on executive search and recruitment in the advertising, branding, and design sectors across Greater China and Hong Kong.
