Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Jennifer started their career as a Licensed Insurance Representative at American Family Insurance from 1998 to 2000. Jennifer then worked as a Paralegal/Office Manager at Bottini, Bottini & Oswald P.C. from 2001 to 2006, where they conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and assisted with trial preparations. Jennifer then joined Comcast as a Government Affairs Professional from 2006 to 2007, where they maintained franchise compliance and assisted with external and internal communications.

From 2007 to 2013, they worked at PacifiCorp in various roles, including Paralegal and NERC Compliance Analyst. Jennifer supported the company's regulatory compliance program, developed audit worksheets, and coordinated with business units to ensure compliance. Jennifer then joined NuScale Power as a Paralegal from 2016 to 2017, where they assisted with transactional legal documents and performed legal and factual research.

In 2017, Jennifer became the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Reliable Mobile Labs, where they collaborated with the executive team on personnel policies and provided guidance on HR matters. Jennifer later joined Powin Energy as the Director and then Vice President of Human Resources from 2018 to 2021, overseeing HR functions and continuing to support the company's growth.

Most recently, Jennifer joined Joe Amara Executive Search as a Vice President from 2021 to 2022, where they played a key role in the executive search process. Jennifer is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Doosan GridTech since March 2023, contributing to the company's strategic operations.

Jennifer Young earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Jennifer then attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 1998 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science. Jennifer continued their education at Lewis & Clark Law School, where they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2000 to 2003.
