From 2017 to 2014, they were employed at Great Divide Brewing Company as a Shift Brewer 2, where they managed the manufacturing process from raw materials acquisition to deliverable product. At Aspen Brewing Company LLC from 2014 to 2012, they were the Head Brewer and Brewer, and Packaging Specialist. From 2012 to 2011, they were the Packaging Manager and Coldside Operations for Crazy Mountain Brewery. From 2011 to 2008, they worked as a Sous Chef for Cordillera Golf Club, LLC, and as a Line Cook/Banquet Chef for Tiburon Golf Club.
Jeffrey Moreland completed an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Metropolitan Community College in 2010. Jeffrey then went on to receive a Food Acidification Certification from the Innovation Institute for Food & Health at UC Davis in 2017.
