Rafael Carrasquel

Rafael Carrasquel is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in strategic business development and project execution, currently serving at Dorado Software since September 2012. In this role, Rafael has successfully managed multiple projects focused on network resource deployment and performance management for medium to large enterprises. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager and Solutions Architect at MYCOM OSI, where responsibility included coordinating strategic software deployment projects, and managing a major migration project for the California Board of Equalization while at Public Sector Consultants. With earlier roles in business development and consulting, Rafael holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Management Engineering from the University of the Pacific, along with an Associate of Science degree in Instrumentation and Applied Control Systems from IUT Technical University.
