Holger Hänsch

Holger Hänsch has extensive work experience in the engineering and security sectors. Holger is currently serving as the Deputy Vice President of Requirements and Security Engineering at dormakaba since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Deputy Vice President of Systems Engineering at dormakaba from January 2016 to April 2022.

Before joining dormakaba, Holger Hänsch worked at DORMA Deutschland GmbH&Co. KG. Holger served as a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering from January 2013 to January 2016, and as a Systems Engineer from January 2001 to January 2013. Holger also held the role of Team Leader for Automatic Development from November 1999 to January 2001.

Earlier in their career, Holger Hänsch worked for various manufacturers of industrial gate systems. Holger was involved in development and construction, including serving as the Deputy Head of Development at an owner-managed company from April 1994 to November 1999.

Holger Hänsch completed their education at Technische Hochschule Darmstadt from 1987 to 1993, earning a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Allgemeiner Maschinenbau.
