Jing Shi

Jing Shi has a diverse and extensive work experience in various IT roles. Currently, Jing is serving as the Deputy Vice President IT, APAC at dormakaba. In this role, Jing is responsible for IT management and governance tasks for the APAC region, including IT strategy, demand management, project management, cost management, and innovation.

Prior to joining dormakaba, Jing worked at Johnson Controls for almost a decade. During this time, Jing held several positions, including IT Director, PS China, Business Integration Manager, PMO of China ERP, and AP Business Process Lead of OTC and MTS. In these roles, Jing was responsible for leading IT teams, managing business partnerships, providing IT consulting services, and overseeing various projects.

Before Johnson Controls, Jing worked at Bayer as the APAC SAP Service Delivery Manager. In this role, Jing coordinated the setup of a regional support center and led a team to support supply chain management processes.

Additionally, Jing has experience as a Senior Java Architect at OOCL.

Overall, Jing Shi has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in IT management, business partnership, project management, and process optimization throughout their career.

Jing Shi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Peking University from 1997 to 2001. They also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they have certifications in ITIL Intermediate, Business Relationship Management Professional, PMP, ITIL Foundation, and SAP PA.
