Shehab Gawdat has extensive experience in service operations and business development within the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Service Operations Manager for the Middle East region at dormakaba since August 2016, Shehab also has a background as a Business Development Manager at Sutherland, where responsibilities included managing the MENA region. Prior roles include serving as a Service Delivery Manager overseeing multiple accounts and as a Network Engineer at Emirates NBD, where network management of ATM and branch systems was a primary focus. Earlier career experience includes a position as Team Leader for Network Support at Orange in the North America region. Shehab Gawdat holds a Master’s Degree in IT Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University.
