Strong Cai

Strong Cai has an extensive work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Strong started their career at Philips as a Mechanical Design Engineer and worked there from 2003 to 2006. Strong then joined Agilent Technologies as a Sourcing Manager and worked there from 2006 to 2011. Strong then joined Konecranes as a Global Category Manager from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked at SCHOTT as the Head of Asia Sourcing Center from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Strong holds the position of Deputy Vice President Procurement, Asia Pacific at dormakaba, starting from 2018.

Strong Cai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1999-2003. Strong then pursued their MBA in Business Administration at the same university from 2009-2012.
