Brian Borradaile

Brian Borradaile is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, development, and mergers & acquisitions across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Dorman Products since December 2017, Borradaile leads the company's inorganic growth initiatives and opportunity pipeline development. Previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at Dorman, where capital-raising efforts of $1.1 billion were successfully led, and Corporate Development Leader at Aptiv, focusing on strategic planning and M&A for a significant business segment. Borradaile's earlier experience includes senior positions at TE Connectivity and LLR Partners, along with board member responsibilities for the Philadelphia Union Foundation. Borradaile holds a BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School.
