Karen Chou

Karen Chou is the VP of HR & Coaching at Dornier MedTech and also serves as an Executive Coach & Facilitator at Kai Coaching Pte Ltd. With a background in human resources management, Karen has held senior positions at companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, St. Jude Medical, Analog Devices Inc., Freescale Semiconductor, and Motorola. Karen holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from SIMGE, and a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore.
