Scott Miller has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Scott started their career as a Banquet Chef at The Patterson Club in 1996. Scott then moved on to work as a Chef at McCormick & Schmick's from 1997 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Millennium & Copthorne Hotels as an Executive Chef, a position they held until 2005. From 2005 to 2014, Scott served as an Executive Chef and Managing Partner at Max Restaurant Group. Scott then became the Chief Operating Officer at DORO Restaurant Group in 2016.

Scott Miller attended Southern Connecticut State University from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Scott also attended the Connecticut Culinary Institute from 1994 to 1996, obtaining a Degree in Culinary Arts.
