Jens Leth

Jens Leth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Quality Assurance & Customer Services Director at Doro Group since April 2020, Jens previously held various senior roles at Sony Mobile Communications from January 2001 to April 2020, including Senior Manager Contact Center Operation, where responsibilities included overseeing a global operation of up to 20 sites and 1,250 agents. Jens also managed the preparation for new product launches and ensured quality assurance across numerous customer service functions. Earlier in Jens' career at Ericsson from October 1995 to January 2001, roles included Line Manager for Documentation and Administration and Project/Program Manager for new products. Jens holds a degree in business knowledge from IFL Business School and completed education at FTC Flyg Tekniker Centrum from 1988 to 1992.
