Francis Reynaldo Doculan

Francis Reynaldo Doculan is a seasoned Senior Materials Engineer with extensive experience in the construction and materials engineering sectors. Currently, Francis serves at the Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' in Qatar since December 2017 and has been seconded to Dorsch International Consultants GmbH since February 2023. Prior roles include positions at Brunel Oil and Gas Services, SALFO & Associates, InfraRoad Trading & Contracting LLC, CH2M, and Mott MacDonald, where expertise in materials engineering was developed. Earlier experience includes work as a Senior QA/QC Engineer at Kettaneh Construction and a Materials Engineer II at a joint venture involving China State Construction & Engineering Corp. Francis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Eastern Visayas State University and graduated as Valedictorian from Sulat National High School.
