Mohan Kumar Bhardwaj has over 20 years of work experience in various companies. Mohan Kumar started their career at flex engineering limited as a QA Engineer from July 1995 to November 1997. Mohan Kumar then worked at Arkay Industries as an Assistant Manager from December 1997 to October 2002. Mohan Kumar joined Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. as a Deputy Manager in November 2002 and worked there till September 2004. Mohan then became the Head of Department at Havells India Ltd, where they worked from October 2004 to December 2014. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Purchase at Dorset Industries Private Limited since January 2015.
