Shashi Gajiwala

Shashi Gajiwala is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at The dot HQ since July 2023, Shashi has previously held HR management roles at Dots Info Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. and SYNTEL, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and strategy. Shashi began the HR career as an Assistant Manager HR at Haribhakti & Co. LLP and Revmax Groups of Companies, and has foundational experience as a Graphic Lead and HR Coordinator at St. Angelo's Computer Education, alongside early work as a Graphic and Web Designer. Shashi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Gokhale College.
