Rodrigo Zerlotti

Rodrigo Zerlotti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rodrigo currently serves as the CEO of Plooral Brasil, where they aim to bridge the skills gap between individuals and organizations through technology and collaboration. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Technology & Operations and CTIO at DOT Digital Group, where they focused on strategy, innovation, and technological expansion in the EdTech and MarTech sectors. Rodrigo also founded and served as an advisor for Enlizt - Tech Inspired, Human Driven, a platform that enhances companies' recruitment processes. Additionally, they worked as an investor at Tech Coast Angels, the largest angel investor group in the United States. Before that, they served as CEO of Rezolve Tecnologia da Informação, specializing in modern technology solutions. Rodrigo also held leadership roles at Avalara, Suite.tax, SuitePlus Tecnologia e Consultoria Ltda, DbLive Corp., and Neopost/LoopOne, contributing to business growth and development in various capacities. Throughout their career, Rodrigo has demonstrated a passion for innovation, strategic management, and leveraging technology to drive organizational success.

Rodrigo Zerlotti has a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Rodrigo also pursued programs in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia Business School in March 2022.
