Benjamin Hawbaker

Benjamin Hawbaker is an experienced production manager with a background in manufacturing and military intelligence. Currently serving as a Production Manager at Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment since May 2023, Benjamin previously held the same title at Universal Forest Products from June 2013 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing production in the lumber treatment department and overseeing significant chemical inventory. Earlier in the career, Benjamin was a Manager responsible for coordinating plant operations and developing production schedules. Benjamin's military experience as an Intelligence Analyst in the USMC from September 2008 to April 2015 involved critical analysis and dissemination of intelligence for operational effectiveness. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Process Management from the University of North Texas and has prior education from Texas Tech University.
