Simon Chan

Simon Chan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Administrator at Dotcom Distribution since November 2014, Simon manages Windows Servers and Exchange Server, utilizes VMware for virtualization, and oversees various security and backup systems. Previously, Simon worked as an IT Analyst at BLACK RIVER ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, resolving issues related to financial trading applications and managing network infrastructure. Simon's career also includes roles at Citigroup Inc. as a Technical Analyst Level II, providing extensive support for branch servers and workstations, and at Premio Computer Inc. as an IT Engineer, directing server and PC installations. Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Information Systems from the University of Macau.
