Baskaran Jaganathan

Baskaran Jaganathan has a strong background in data engineering and software development. Baskaran started their career in 2010 at HCL Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer. During their time there, they gained experience in dimensional data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL development using tools such as Informatica, Oracle, and Teradata. Baskaran also worked with various data sources, including relational databases, flat files, COBOL files, XML, SAP, and message queues. In 2019, they joined The Dotcom Team as a Data Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for gathering requirements, creating high-level and low-level designs, and developing Informatica job designs to process data for LOB-specific data marts. Baskaran also worked on database development and loading data into AWS S3 and Snowflake databases.

From 2004 to 2007, Baskaran attended NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) where they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology.

Following that, they enrolled at Alagappa University, Alagappa Nagar, Karaikudi from 2005 to 2008. During this period, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Apart from their formal education, Baskaran has also obtained two additional certifications. In March 2021, they received the SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake. In January 2022, they completed the ASW Cloud Practitioner certification program offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
