Heather MacDougall

Heather MacDougall is an experienced Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Manager currently working at Huddle Up since October 2018. In this role, Heather provides teletherapy treatment to students ranging from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade, while also developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on progress monitoring and assessment results. Prior to Huddle Up, Heather served as a Speech Language Pathologist for Montgomery County Public Schools from August 2015 to June 2018, where services were provided to students from pre-kindergarten through age 22. In that position, Heather ensured compliance with school policies and collaborated with occupational and physical therapy services, teachers, school administrators, and parents.
