Jim Dolinski

Jim Dolinski is an experienced Application Architect at Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm), where responsibilities include directing a team to develop scalable and secure applications for the City of Omaha and Douglas County, with a focus on modernizing infrastructure through cloud-native technologies. Previously, Jim served as a Web Application Developer - Team Lead, supporting over 100 websites and applications, and delivering software solutions in an Agile environment. Prior experience includes work as a Programmer Analyst at Douglas County Nebraska. Jim holds a Postgraduate Certification in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
