Hunter Morgan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Hunter started their career in the US Air Force as a Loadmaster Journeyman, where they supervised loading operations on cargo aircraft and ensured safe airdrops. After leaving the military, they worked as a Veteran Coordinator at Cincinnati State, assisting veteran students with class placement and transitioning to student life. Hunter then joined The DotLoop Company as an Account Manager, where they coordinated the setup and support of real estate offices. Hunter later moved on to Cutler Real Estate as a Licensed Realtor before joining dotloop again, this time as a Sr. Product Trainer. Here, they performed presentations across the country and created online video support content. Currently, Hunter is a Licensed Realtor at OwnerLand Realty.
Hunter Morgan's education history begins in 2004 when they attended the Community College of the Air Force. Hunter pursued an Associates of Applied Science in Aviation Operations and completed their studies in 2006. In 2010, they enrolled at Xavier University and pursued a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, which they completed in 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Hunter Morgan has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they became a certified real estate agent through the Ohio Department of Commerce. In 2016, they obtained the Situational Leadership II certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies and also completed the Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings course offered by Lynda.com. Furthermore, in 2020, they became a certified Looper, and in 2021, they obtained the certifications of Leader of Others from the Leadership Pipeline Institute and Certified Admin from dotloop.
