Marc Vila Oliva

Marc Vila Oliva has been working in the software engineering and development industry since 2009. Marc began their career as a Research Assistant at the Signal Processing Department of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In 2011, they moved to itk-engineering AG, where they held the role of Software Developer/Tester Engineer, where they were responsible for reviewing Test Cases, Procedures and Results of hardware software integration testing and software integration testing of the FADEC. In 2012, they moved to iMagX, where they worked as a Research Development Engineer, working on a Proton Therapy project called iMagX. In 2015, they moved to Ymaging, where they held the same role. In 2016, they moved to Nemaris, Inc., where they held the role of Senior Software Developer. Marc is currently employed at Dotphoton as a Senior Software Engineer.

Marc Vila Oliva obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from ThePower Business School in 2020, specializing in Business Expert - Gestión y Administración de Empresas. In 2012, they attended Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 for the ENTERVISION Summer School in Medical Physics. From 2010 to 2011, they studied Medical Image Processing at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and obtained an MSc. From 2005 to 2011, they earned their Eng. Superior en Telecomunicaciones from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Engineering.
