Luciana De Pauli

Luciana De Pauli has been working in the industry since 2010. Luciana began their career as a freelancer, working as a Translator, Subtitler, and Interpreter. In 2015, they joined Moravia as a Localization Lead Junior, where they were responsible for cooperating with the Project Manager on the technical preparation of the project, its execution, and final evaluation. Luciana also coordinated the project engineers, assigned tasks to engineers, and monitored tasks status and the performance of engineers. In 2018, they joined RWS Moravia as a Language Lead, where they managed a virtual group of freelance QA providers and language experts. In 2019, they joined CQ Fluency as a Project Manager, where they supported sales teams with solutions/proposals and quotes, prepared project plans and schedules based on client-specific requirements, allocated required resources, created and controlled project budgets, and identified and defined mitigation plans for project risks. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Dotsub as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Recruiter.

Luciana De Pauli attended Universidad Nacional de Rosario from 2005 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. From 2007 to 2010, they attended IES N° 28, where they earned a Degree in Literary and Technical-Scientific Translation. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, Luciana De Pauli earned a Bachelor degree in Translation from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
