Danielle Stephan

Danielle Stephan has a strong background in market development and business consulting. Danielle currently holds the position of Head of Market Expansion at Dott, where they have been working since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Market Development Manager at Dott from March to November 2022, and Market Development Manager from March 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Dott, Danielle worked as a Business Development MBA Intern at OkHi Smart Addressing in July and August 2020. Danielle also gained valuable experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked as a Senior Management Consultant from January 2019 to January 2020, and as a Management Consultant from October 2016 to December 2018.

Danielle Stephan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD in 2021. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Co-Active Coaching from the Co-Active Training Institute.
