Rafael Rosell Taboada

Rafael Rosell Taboada has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Freelance Web Developer from 2016 to 2018, where they developed various business websites and implemented SEO strategies for increased website traffic. In 2017, they worked for Philips as an HR Admin & Payroll trainee, where they organized a webcast for managers and assisted with payroll and employee administration. Rafael later served as an HR Advisor UK&I | Workday Reporting SME, providing support and optimizing custom reports using Workday and SAP. Moving on, Rafael held the position of HR Operations Specialist at TravelBird in 2018, where they implemented HR process flow improvements and managed HR data and analytics. Rafael'smost recent work experience is with Dott, where they started as an HR Operations Specialist and was later promoted to Human Resources Operations Manager and currently holds the position of Head of People Operations.

Rafael Rosell Taboada earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Honors) degree in Economics and Psychology from University College Roosevelt in 2017.
