Flavia Bergamini is a seasoned professional in analytics and customer experience, currently serving as Coordenadora de Analytics | Loyalty at Dotz since July 2019. In this role, Flavia leads a team of analysts, aligning their work with organizational objectives, identifying trends, and fostering professional growth through training and feedback. Flavia has played a significant role in the "Meu Varejo" project, focusing on customer behavior analysis and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance data interpretation.
