Lucas Edgard Campos da Costa

Lucas Edgard Campos da Costa is an experienced professional in retail partnership management, currently serving as the Head of Retail Partnership at Dotz Inc. since May 2019. In this role, Lucas oversees retail strategy for both regional and national partners, managing a team of Key Account managers and account executives, and is responsible for developing retail business models and customer relationship management. Previously, Lucas held positions at McCain Foods, including Retail Sales Executive, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and regional strategy execution. Early career experience includes a role as Regional Coordinator at Dotz and teaching English at Fisk Centro de Ensino. Lucas holds an MBA in Retail and Consumer Market from USP and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from UFOP, alongside a degree in Engineering Mechanics from Universidade do Algarve.
