Michael Van Deurse has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in engineering and manufacturing. Michael began their career in 1986 at Acorn Manufacturing Co., Inc., where they worked as a Tool Maker, designing and building metal stamping tools. Michael also manufactured punch and dies, jigs and fixtures, and gauges, and repaired progressive dies. In 1992, they transitioned to the role of Engineer at the same company, where they designed commercial hardware and provided cost justifications for tooling and capital expenditures. In 1994, they joined Double E as a Design Engineer and progressed through various roles, including Mechanical Design Engineer, Product Engineer, Senior Product Engineer, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering. Michael Van Deurse attended the New England Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
