Callum Dougal (Assoc. CIPD) has had a range of roles within the retail industry. Callum started their career in 2012 at Sainsbury's as a Customer Service Assistant and worked their way up to become a Customer Experience Manager, Store Manager, and Lead Customer Experience Manager. Callum also served as an Area Support Assistant and Store Supervisor during their time at Sainsbury's. Currently, Callum is working at Double Eleven as the UK People Lead.
Callum Dougal (Assoc. CIPD) has a diverse education history. Callum completed the Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HR Management at CIPD Qualifications from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management from The Institute of Leadership & Management between 2017 and 2019. Callum holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language Studies from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013.
Before attending university, they attended Tyne Metropolitan College from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, they completed their secondary education at John Spence Community High School from 2003 to 2008.
In addition to these qualifications, Callum Dougal obtained a Personal License Holder certification from North Tyneside Council in May 2014.
