Tom Kiss has a diverse work experience in the field of design and creativity. Tom started their career as an Interactive Designer at Virgin Radio in 2002. Tom then worked as a Freelance Interactive Designer, completing various projects for clients such as IPC Media and Provident Financial. In 2004, they joined Designate as a Web Designer, where they worked on projects for high-profile travel and tourism clients. In 2005, they joined NCsoft Europe Ltd as their first Designer, where they gained experience in developing and building video game community sites. In 2008, they worked as an Interactive and Print Designer for Self Employed, freelancing for Brighton-based design studios and agencies. Tom also briefly worked as an Interactive Designer at Brightwave Group during the same year. From 2009 to 2020, they worked as a Designer at Media Molecule, contributing to their popular LittleBigPlanet franchise. In 2017, they founded Electric Brighton CIC. In 2020, they founded Dodeca Studio, merging their interest in climate action with design. Currently, they work as a Senior Creative Designer at Double Fine Productions, managing their website and providing creative services for marketing and PR activities.
Tom Kiss attended Worthing Sixth Form College from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued A Levels in Art, Photography, Biology, and Environmental Science. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they studied at Staffordshire University, specializing in Interactive Multimedia for their degree.
