Jessica Riel

Jessica Riel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, training, and sales. Since May 2015, Jessica has served as the Owner and Operations Manager at Double 'R' Hop Ranches, Inc., where strategic oversight and management skills have been applied. Prior experience includes a role as Training Manager and Training Consultant at Vertafore from March 2011 to May 2015, specializing in agency management systems and extensive travel for onsite training engagements. Earlier career highlights include serving as Corporate Customer Trainer at Sharp Electronics Corporation, developing educational programs and representing the company at trade shows, as well as a Sales Executive role focused on outreach at the University of Washington. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from the University of Washington and an MBA with a focus on Change Leadership from City University of Seattle.
