Michael Assaraf

Michael Assar is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Fixed Income Trader at DoubleLine Group LP since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President at MUFG Securities Americas Inc. from September 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included trading hybrid/preferred securities and actively utilizing macro hedging products. Michael also served as Vice President at Citi from February 2019 to September 2021, maintaining significant market share and mentoring junior staff. Earlier in the career, Michael was an Associate at BNP Paribas from July 2014 to February 2019, where success included growing the Autos trading franchise and establishing a new trading position in Asia.
