Farhat Kunder

Farhat Kunder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2004, they began their career as a Human Resources Executive in Recruitment at HEADHUNTERS HR. Farhat then moved on to ABC Consultants, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from November 2004 to January 2006.

In 2006, Farhat joined Microland Limited as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for sourcing and closing critical IT roles for banking clients such as Deutsche Bank and ICICI Bank. Farhat worked in this role until June 2007.

From July 2007 to January 2014, Farhat worked at Reliance Infrastructure as a Senior Manager in Learning Development. Farhat had several certifications and awards and was involved in training, change management, and team-building programs for junior and mid-level employees.

Starting in July 2014, Farhat took on the role of Corporate Trainer and Woman Entrepreneur. Farhat engaged with multiple training organizations for freelancing training projects, including inbound and outbound training programs. Farhat'straining expertise included areas such as team building, communication skills, and campus-to-corporate sessions. Farhat worked in this role until April 2018.

Most recently, Farhat joined DoublU as an Account Manager from September to December 2021. In January 2022, they were promoted to Director of Operations at DoublU, where they are currently employed.

Farhat Kunder completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Mumbai. This accomplishment took place between 2002 and 2004.
