Kristi Coleman, M.Ed., serves as the Upward Bound Program Manager at Douglas Cherokee Economic Authority since January 2021, having previously held various roles at the same organization from September 2011 to September 2017, including Facilitator, Site Coordinator, and Tutor. Kristi is the Owner of KCol Training, specializing in instructional and curriculum design, evaluation, and meeting/workshop facilitation since September 2011. Additional experience includes working as an Eligibility Counselor 1 for the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services and as a Public Benefits Assistant at Elder Law of East Tennessee, where duties included assembling claims for benefits and assisting clients through eligibility processes.
