Prior to this, Artur held the position of Director of Business Development and Operations at Douglas Development Corporation. At MIXER Work & Lounge, they served as the Director of Development and Operations in Washington, D.C. Artur also gained significant experience as the General Manager at Carr Workplaces and FT Group, where they held various managerial positions. Artur's expertise extends to the fashion industry, as they served as the Director of Business Development and Operations at Hellenic Fashion Flame. Artur began their career as a Legal Intern at the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Artur S. started their education in 1999 at the Dante Alighieri Language Institute under the Embassy of Italy, where they received a Diploma in Italian Language in 2002. Artur then enrolled in the Economic and Law Institute (KNLU) in 2002 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies/Jurisprudence in 2006. Artur continued their education at the same institute and obtained a Master's degree in International Law/Jurisprudence in 2008. In 2007, Artur S. participated in the Capitol Semester Program at Georgetown University, where they pursued an Occupational Diploma Program. Lastly, from 2009 to 2011, Artur S. attended VIU to obtain an MBA in International Business.
