Kamarya Edwards

Kamarya E. currently serves as a Return to Learn School Social Worker at Children & Families First since March 2024 and has been working as an Inpatient Social Worker at Dover Behavioral Health System since September 2020. Previous roles include Kent County Class Advisor and Student Intern at Delaware Futures Inc from August 2019 to March 2024, and a Nutrition Care Assistant at BAYHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER / KENT GENERAL HOSPITAL from August 2014 to January 2020. Kamarya E. completed a Master's degree in Social Work from Delaware State University in May 2021 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution in May 2020. Additionally, a significant internship of 600 hours in Social Service inpatient department enriched Kamarya E.'s practical experience through tasks such as conducting Psychosocial assessments and participating in treatment planning and discharge planning.
