Aleece Sipe

Aleece Sipe has a diverse background in environmental consulting and customer service. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Dover Saddlery since December 2021, Aleece previously held the role of Assistant Barn and Program Director at the YMCA of The Capital District from March 2020 to February 2021, after volunteering at the facility for nearly two years. Aleece's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Project Scientist at EEC - Environmental Engineering and Contracting Inc. and as a Senior Project Manager at Total Environmental Concepts, Inc. and Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. Aleece began the career as an Environmental Scientist at Handex of Maryland. Aleece holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Level II in Stable Management and Recreational Riding from the American Riding Instructors Association.
