Elton E. Brooks, MBA, is an experienced banking professional with a robust background in retail operations and lending. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail and Lending at Dow Credit Union since June 2021, Elton oversees the retail branch network and supports regional managers in sales and service initiatives. Previously, Elton held the position of Vice President of Retail Operations at Fortera Credit Union and has an extensive tenure at MAX Credit Union, where responsibilities included retail delivery and sales service efforts across multiple member service channels. Elton's career began at Regions Bank, progressing through roles that emphasized branch management and sales. Elton holds an MBA in Management and a B.S. in Marketing and Management Research from Troy University.
