Lori Theodore

Lori Theodore currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Dow Jones since December 2021. Prior to this role, Lori held multiple positions at Disney General Entertainment Content from 2014 to December 2021, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Earlier in their career, Lori worked as the Executive Director of Recruiting at ML Search Partners, a boutique retained search firm specializing in executive roles within the media and entertainment sectors, from January 1998 to July 2014. Lori holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Hunter College (2001-2005) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Union College (1993-1997).
