Nicole Acosta

Nicole Acosta is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as Manager of Compensation at Dow Jones since March 2022, following a role as Senior Compensation Analyst. Prior to Dow Jones, Nicole held the position of Compensation Analyst at Flagstar Bank from September 2020 to March 2022, and worked as an HRIS Analyst in Compensation and Benefits at Magna International from May 2018 to September 2020, where Nicole also completed a Human Resources internship.
