Rachael Brockman

Rachael Joslin (Brockman) currently serves as Vice President, Global People Business Partner at Dow Jones since November 2022, after holding several significant HR leadership roles. Prior to Dow Jones, Rachael worked as Vice President, Global HR and Global HR Business Partner at Big Village from August 2019 to November 2022. Previous experience includes positions at ENGINE UK as People Manager and HR Advisor, at Fitch Learning as Human Resources Partner, at AppNexus as Senior Recruitment Coordinator for EMEA/APAC, and at Apple, where Rachael provided HR advisory support to over 350 employees. Rachael began the career at Habitat and Arcadia Group Ltd. Rachael holds an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, and a degree in History with Sociology from the University of York.
