Keith Shoup

Keith Shoup has over two decades of experience in commercial sales and training management, currently serving in a commercial sales role at DOW Technologies since June 2000. Responsibilities include configuring commercial-grade video units, troubleshooting issues, and managing Salesforce processes for retailers. In a previous role as Training Manager, Keith coordinated sales training events and developed an onboarding solution that significantly reduced training time. Prior to DOW Technologies, Keith held positions at American Express, where outstanding customer service was recognized.
