Fabiano Favalli

Fabiano Favalli currently serves as the Chairman of the Supply Chain Committee at Amcham-Brasil, where efforts focus on promoting collaborative content and enhancing business relationships among supply chain executives. Since April 2010, Fabiano has held various leadership roles at Dow, including Latin America Integrated Supply Chain Business Process Director, where responsibilities encompass defining work processes and system solutions while ensuring effective global implementation. Prior positions at Dow involved managing integrated supply chain initiatives, change management activities, and customer service improvements. Fabiano's experience also includes a role as Business Services Specialist at Rohm and Haas and serving as a 3rd Sergeant in the Brazilian Army, overseeing payroll and administrative processes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from FGV and an MBA from the same institution, alongside specialized certifications from Michigan State University.
