David Baird

David Baird is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Dowco since March 2010, David oversees hiring, onboarding, and training while managing engineering and technical personnel. Previous roles at Dowco include Engineering Team Lead and Special Project Engineer, where David successfully delivered product designs, led special projects, and improved customer relations. Prior to Dowco, David held positions as a CAD Designer at Nothum Food Processing Systems and as an Insurance Agent at Universal American. David's academic credentials include an Associate of Arts degree from Ozarks Technical Community College, graduating Cum Laude, and A+ hardware/software certification.
